Are both venues 18+?Yes - Canley Heights and Liverpool are both 18+ venues.

What forms of ID are accepted?Australian Drivers License NSW Digital License Passport Proof of Age Card *Photo IDs must be valid *Photos or screenshots of IDs will not be accepted

Is a deposit required for karaoke bookings?Yes - For both our Canley Heights and Liverpool venues, a $100 deposit is required to finalise your booking, which will be used as the bond. If no house policies are breached, the bond will be returned at the end of the night via cash (if not collected, we will contact afterwards). *Minimum 3 days notice is required if you would like a full refund.

Is there a dress code for both venues?Yes - No bare foot, thongs or singlets are permitted.

Can I BYO?No - We do not allow outside food or drinks at either venues. *cakes for special occasions are allowed

Is it just a karaoke venue?No - Canley Heights also has a bar and restaurant for everyone to enjoy!

Do you provide food?Yes - You can find our food and drinks menu under the 'Canley Heights' tab. *Note - our kitchen closes an hour before closing time every day.

Are bookings required for the restaurant or bar?No - Bookings are not required but are recommended for the restaurant/bar on Friday and Saturday nights.

Do you have group or function packages?Yes - we can cater to group bookings with packages to suit any party size. To enquire, send an email to enquiries@vipkaraokebar.com.au and we will get back to you.

Is there parking available?Yes - There is plenty of street parking on Canley Vale Road and at the rear of the building (entry via Derby Street).

Is it just a karaoke venue?Yes - Liverpool is just a karaoke venue.

Do you provide food?Yes - We have a small selection of fried food available.

Is there parking available?Yes - there is plenty of street parking around our venue and at Northumberland Street Car Park.
